Time to change


I don't know how many times I have said that I was going to work out and never actually start. After having Jett I was hoping that I would be able to lose weight pretty easily,I figured that it wouldn't be an issue since I never had an issue with weight before! But having a baby defiantly changed my body and how it reacts to certain things. I am extremely unhappy with my body so I decided instead of stressing out and being upset about it that I should actually do something. So I have started Weight Watchers and I am trying to figure out the best work out routine. I have alot of excuses and a case of the extreme lazies! So to get me motivated I have chosen some pictures of what I hope to some day look like or just dream about looking like.

So here's to some changes.. hopefully I can stick to it and actually succeed at getting to my weight loss goal.. wish me luck friends!
